In most cases, loosening of one-touch earrings is not a malfunction.

It may be possible to improve the situation by adjusting the post part by pushing it up from the bottom. When you hear a click when you insert it, it will be a sign that the problem has been fixed.

We recommend opening your one-touch earrings as follows:
You can easily open it by pinching it from above and separating the post and catch parts.

I received a defective product

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled (including damage or soiling during delivery), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for a new one or provide a refund.

We will promptly exchange the item at our shop's expense. When we resend the correct item, we will enclose a self-addressed envelope, so please put the wrong item in it and post it.
