Refund Policy

1. Product returns will only be accepted in the following cases: (1) If the product is found to be a counterfeit (copy) product, etc. (2) If the product has a defect (3) If the product you received is different from the order (4) If the product was damaged during delivery (5) If the product is returned within 7 days of receipt and does not fall under any of the following. However, products marked as "not eligible for return" cannot be returned. ① If the product is returned for reasons related to the member (mismatched size, wrong order, etc.) ② If the product has been used, altered, polished, resized, etc. ③ If the delivery note has been lost ④ If the product accessories have been lost ⑤ If the product (including but not limited to the box and product accessories) is in a damaged, soiled, or lost condition compared to when it was delivered ⑥ If the product is scratched or deformed ⑦ If the packaging that is part of the product has been opened ⑧ If the product is on sale, is an outlet product, is made to order, or is made to order ⑨ If the return, exchange, or cancellation is due to dirt or damage to the storage and packaging boxes and other packaging materials that occurred during storage, delivery, import, etc.

2. Members shall apply for returns as specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the procedures separately stipulated by the Company, and for the preceding paragraphs (1) to (4), the Company shall bear the cost of return and shall refund the selling price at the time of purchase, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee, or exchange the item for a substitute. Even if an exchange for a substitute is requested, it may not be possible to exchange the item due to reasons such as a shortage of the product. For the preceding paragraph (5), the member shall bear the cost of return and the bank transfer fee for the refund, and the Company shall refund the selling price at the time of purchase, but shall not refund shipping fee or cash on delivery fee.

3. When a Member returns a product, the Member shall return to the Company the product acquired when purchasing the returned product, and the Company shall receive the refund by deducting the amount of the product in the Member's possession.

4. After the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled unless there is a reason attributable to our company.

5. We do not accept repairs for purchases made online or at store events. We will repair or replace the product free of charge if the product is defective or broken within one month of ordering.
