About membership registration

If you register as a member, you do not need to enter customer information such as address and name every time you place an order.
Sign up for emails to receive special offers and member-only events.

Shipping Fee

All orders totaling 15,000 yen or more will be delivered free of charge.
You can choose from the following shipping methods.
Nekoposu Post delivery, no time specified
Courier service: Face-to-face pickup, date and time can be specified

About points

1. Terms of Use
This is a points service exclusively for members. Please log in to use it.
1 point will be added to your account for every 100 yen.
It takes one day from the completion of shipment to the point allocation. Until then, the points will be allocated as "temporary points."
Combination with other coupons is possible depending on the terms and conditions of the coupon.
Payment is only available in Japanese Yen.
2.Expiration Date
The expiration date is generally one year. (The expiration date may differ for points awarded through campaigns.)
3. Termination Conditions
If you cancel your order or have a refund processed, the points will be forfeited. Also, if you cancel your membership, the points will be automatically forfeited.

How to confirm your order

If you are a member, you can check it from My Page after logging in.

Guest purchases can only be confirmed by email.

I ordered without using the coupon

Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

If you have placed an order without using a coupon, please contact us using the inquiry form.

(We may not be able to respond depending on the timing of contact.)

Do you have a purchase receipt

We do not enclose details.

If you are a member, please check the contents from My Page, and if you are a guest, please check the order email.

i want a receipt

Our receipts are only issued in PDF format. If you wish, please tell us in the remarks column when ordering. We will send it by email at a later date, so please print it out and use it.

[Caution] We do not accept printed receipts included in the package or handwritten receipts. Thank you for your understanding.
