About returned goods exchange

I received a defective product

Our receipts are only issued in PDF format. If you wish, please tell us in the remarks column when ordering. We will send it by email at a later date, so please print it out and use it.

can i buy just one ear?

One ear sales service has ended. All earrings are sold as a set for both ears, so we cannot respond.
